What an adventure! Halfway to my parents house a dump truck hit us and then swerved off the road into a ditch. Miraculously no one was hurt! Our poor van though was a mess and was towed to a body shop to be fixed. We rented another mini van for the rest of our vacation. The Lord really protected us that day. Glass was all around Anna and Emma but no on them and we were going just the right speed so the impact wasn't too bad. I can't imagine what it would have been like if we were going any slower. The truck driver was swerving to miss another car and struck us in the process before losing control.
