What a fun week it has been! Emma started Pre-K at Wilmington Christian and is having a blast! She is learning so many new and exciting things and comes home every day with lots of fun activities to report. This year she has "specials" and her favorite so far is music! She can't wait to have gym which will be on mondays! The boys and girls are all learning how to sit at circle time, clean up and all that comes with beginning school. Emma has particulary enjoyed painting in class and has come home with several masterpieces. All of her art work is now on the back of the front door. Everything had been on the fridge but Henry has mastered taking all of her pictures down and destroying them so now they are all on the front door! With the rug in front of it he can't reach her drawings. Nothing is safe unless it is out of Henry's reach!
The babies are growing like weeds! They will be ten months old on the 19th! Each baby was weighed today - Henry: 19.11, Jill 19.2 and Anna: 20.2! The neonatologist is so pleased! You would never know they were born at almost 30 weeks now! God has truely blessed us with how well they are doing! I remember crying as they were born because they were so little! But the power of prayer brought them through that trial with flying colors! I am so excited that their first birthday is approaching! What a celebration it will be! I figure we will celebrate their birthday and the fact that WE all survived the last year! Hee! Hee!
Everyone has adjusted well to the new routine of getting up for school. I usually take one of the babies with me while my mom feeds the other two their cereal and then when we get back it is bottle and nap time. It took about two days for the babies to get used to getting up a little earlier but now we have a good system down and are good to go! I still can't believe Emma is in pre-k! The last four years have gone by so fast.
There will be another little girl in the family! My brother and his wife are expecting a girl! Big sis Maddie is so excited and so are my girls! Emma thinks the baby should be named Princess Eloise the Magnificent! I told her I wasn't sure Uncle Eddie and Aunt Kaelin would agree but that it was a pretty name :-) Poor Henry though will be majorly outnumbered! But thats ok! He can go out with the guys and hunt or dig in the dirt when they girls get too girlie!
We had to take Anna to see an ENT last week. Our pediatrician noticed a small cyst on her right tonsil so he wanted us to get it checked out. Praise the Lord it was nothing but a mucus cyst that will go away. She was diagnosed with reflux though so she has been taking zantac for the last two weeks and is doing great!
My mom is going to Washington DC tomorrow to march with the 9/12 project started by Glenn Beck and the Tea Parties! The march is in protest to government run healthcare as well as standing up for the united states against this awful administration! It is so scary to think and learn of all the things Obama wants to do to us!
God Is So Good!
